Explore Our Backyard

It's always changing

We haven’t been everywhere... but it’s on our list.

The first step is always the hardest. This is Chapter 1

No one really knows how to do anything until they learn how to do it. Little babies don't know how to take a step, much less walk. They observe. Are encouraged. And fall down a bunch during the process. This site is about our journey into the RV life.

Full time, all the time.

You might like to explore a bit yourself also. Maybe being here will help. We hope so.

BASIC INFO:

2007 Fleetwood Tioga 31m This Motorhome is 32.2’ long and built on a Ford E-450 Super Duty Truck with a Triton V10, 305 HP gas engine.

The E-450 is a potentially high mileage truck that can typically last well over 200,000 miles; many owners report mileage exceeding 300,000 miles due to its robust design and powerful engine. It’s known for its power and ability to handle heavy loads.

I generally get between 7 and 18 mpg depending on terrain & how you drive. It's not a race car. On highways, I cruise between 55 & 70 mph. When planning a route, I generally use between 7 & 10 mpg because I would rather be pleasantly surprised.

CURRENT MILEAGE: 86,837

PRICE: $49,900

(No Cashier's Check, Money Order, or strange side deals of any kind.)

We take care of our stuff.

All things considered~ This is more solid than even many brand new RV's. And our floorplan is tops.

Ready for an Adventure

in Living?

This RV has been meticulously maintained, upgraded, and tested in all conditions. If you're looking for a part-time or full-time traveling road-ready home with all the essentials (and more), this is it!

No one ever smoked inside.

We love pets, but have never had any inside our RV.

Compact, yet spacious, comfortable, affordable, and reasonably fuel-efficient.

No special license required to drive it throughout the United States. Because the rig is shorter than 40 feet & weighs less than 26,000 pounds.

RV’s are kinda like people – if the RV is being continually used & cared for – it stays healthy. If it’s just sitting for years, it deteriorates both internally and out.

It has been perfect for our long-term travel & living. Would also be great for families or weekend getaways.
