My 2007 Fleetwood Tioga 31M is Mechanically Strong. 💪
RV mileage as of 5/21/2026:
LOW MILEAGE: 93,656
LOW MILEAGE: 93,636 miles – high for a car – but this Commercially Built “Super Duty” truck is designed to go 200,000 to 300,000+ miles. At 93,636 miles the Triton V10 is generally considered "low mileage or well-broken-in" rather than worn out. The Ford E-450 and V10 engine is a powerful workhorse. Commercial fleets often see these engines push 300,000 to even 500,000 miles. TRIED and TRUE.

This a compact, off-road-oriented SUV known for its ruggedness and ability to be customized. It's a part of the YJ generation, which ran from 1987 to 1995. The "S" trim level typically came with a 4-cylinder 2.5L engine. It is a popular choice for those seeking a classic Jeep experience, particularly for off-roading or whatever. I had planned to 'trick out' our Jeep, which would significantly increase her value.

Brew coffee while driving – Our setup allows you to enjoy fresh coffee on the go! Almost everything (even coffee pots) stay stationary while driving – just secure the TVs.

Bunk area over the cab – for sleeping or whatever. Sometimes we would sleep up there for the breathtaking views (3 windows with curtains)! We have also used cabover for potted plants & an herb garden. A very versatile area.

Pure relaxation made easy – The TV in the bunk area is great for watching YouTube aquariums, waterfalls, fireplaces, and campfires in the main living area.

Dinette area doubles as an office – An extra TV is mounted on an adjustable single-monitor desk mount, perfect for watching movies from the couch or dinette table; or as an extra computer monitor. Plus, there’s a BOSE soundbar for top-notch audio. I like to get up early and work on projects in my ‘office area’ while my wife pillow-snuggles.

Stay connected anywhere – We have a satellite dish and NEW TV antenna for local programming but mostly use our mobile hotspot for streaming movies, etc.

Bathroom Access – Two doors, one from the bedroom and one from the side hallway. Unbeatable convenience & privacy!

✔ ACCIDENTS – Generally, Class C RVs have fewer accidents and are considered safer in accidents than Class A RVs and travel trailers.
✔ 🆘️ QUICK SITE EXIT – Owning a Motorized RV means you can leave FAST ⚡ if you need to! Just start your engine and drive out. Simple. For Example: You don’t need to get out of a trailer & walk outside into a potential DANGER to try and get into your car or truck to quickly leave the area.
✔ 4 RV Exits
✔ Ratcheted Outside Doors – We secure all three exterior doors with ratchet straps while sleeping (see pics). Helps keep the bears out!!! Deters someone from using a 'slim jim' to quietly break in. We also ratchet the front doors when left unattended for long periods (e.g., shopping or exploring).
✔ Emergency Exit – The very back window is an Emergency Exit, if needed.
✔ Carbon Monoxide & Fire Alarms – In both the bedroom and kitchen for added safety.
✔ Water Tank Temperature Monitoring – Thermometers installed in 2 bins where the freshwater, grey, and black water tanks are located. This allows easy temperature monitoring from inside the RV, preventing freezing pipe issues. (Never had any freezing problem!)
